The dashboard, leader intake, and club library live behind the shared office password. Everyone who needs the admin area uses the same one.
One record per section drives everything downstream — the parent listing, the flyer copy, the payroll code request, the roster, and the dismissal and aftercare lists. Nothing gets re‑typed.

Clubs are one of the ways we come to know your child beyond the classroom — where a teacher has time to notice what a student loves and encourage it. Filter below to what fits your family's week, and register right from this page.
This replaces the outreach email thread. Leaders submit once with everything the office needs, so no one has to chase missing details — and the record arrives in the dashboard already structured.
Pulls every submission from Netlify Forms — wherever teachers submitted from — and downloads one CSV whose first 14 columns match the master workbook's tabs (SignUp Link, Invoice Name, and Sign Up Open stay blank for the office to fill in; leader email, description, and notes follow after). Paste the rows into the correct future term tab. The first use on a computer asks for a Netlify access token, which is then remembered.
Comparing Term 3 against Term 1 of 2026–27: most clubs come back. Stored as reusable definitions, a new term starts as “re‑activate these and update the dates” rather than building every section from scratch.
